DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 250 miles southeast of Mexico's California. Forecasters are expecting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is heading westward at around 15 mph. There remains unknown whe
